- Morioh (Formerly Cowville) is a new completed city and former NPC village northeast of Unterganger City built by Gamingmaster000 beyond the Chunk border.
Both the Random Line and Outer Line, and formerly the North Line of the Rail Transit Network, as well as RRC Orchid Express line stop here.
The village was given the name Cowville by Molster, as there were plenty of cows roaming the village streets during the construction of the North Line. Onii-chan Onsen was situated to the northwest of the village.
In March 2017, Gamingmaster000 claimed Cowville and declared that a new town, which he later named Morioh, would be built there. The NPC village unfortunately was demolished to make way for this new town, excluding the train station, which was demolished on August 2018, and replaced with two other stations: Morioh South (pass-through) and Morioh Central (branch terminus for Random Line). As of mid-March 2017 roads have been established, and a few buildings have been built. The aforementioned Onii-chan Onsen was also annexed into Morioh.
By July 2018, the city's original district, the government district, industrial district, downtown district, resort district, suburban district, the high rise residential district and the university district were finished. This meant that Morioh has finally been completed after over 1 year and 4 months of construction.

- The name Morioh is taken from the town of the same name from Part 4 and Part 8 of the manga and anime series, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, due to the founder being a fan of the work.
- To emphasize it, ParrotAntics made a pixelart of Star Platinum and placed it on the chunk border near the city.
- Morioh used to be the 6th stop on the Crap Line built jointly by KrebsLovesFiesh and AlphaSkyRaider. After reconstruction, it's now the terminal station for it (under the name Orchid Express).
- An extension from the 4th stop of the Crap Line (C4 MTM's cabin) to the edge of Morioh was never built because Nerdington objected to the plan.
- The Teletubbies Memorial was going to be built on March 24th, 2018 but was scrapped due to AlphaSkyRaider objecting to the plan and WQ_Josh agreeing to not build it.
