The Kittredge Residence, also known as Kit's House, is KitKittredge's first building. The house is based on the Abbott Place house where Kit Kittredge and her family reside in the original American Girl books. A depiction of it can be seen in the Nintendo DS game Kit Mystery Challenge, to which the player used as a starting reference.
Kit had plans on building the house before, but it wasn't until the 12th of April when construction finally took place.
