The Railway of Final Answer (abbreviated as RFA) initially was a short express railway line, built in May 2018 by Ugultu upon the request by ParrotAntics. The line directly connected Tarrantia with Sanostonburg (now Islote) without any stops. In it's recent form it is running between Constance and Tarrantia, with plans of extension toward Las Curtis.

The name of the line was chosen to commemorate a famous sentence related to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? game show: Is this your final answer?.

Operation on the railway stopped in 2019. The line used to be partially demolished and services stopped until 2020, at this moment the line goes through refurbishment and expansion processes.

Overview[]

2018-2019[]

Most of the route consisted of bridges and a tunnel, mostly powered by detector rails instead of ordinary redstone torches. It was a single track line. Rail of Final Answer used to be operated by SRA.

2020-onward[]

In 16. of February 2020 ParrotAntics proposed a reactivation of the line, based upon plans of Ugultu to expand it, however he altered them to a certain degree to avoid conflicts of interests that could potentially emerge. In order to increase the capacity, he rebuilt the railway into a double-track form and widened the bridge and the tunnel, also rerouting it to end before reaching the town of Constance. New section was incorporated into Redstone Railway Company after dissolution of SRA.

One day later, in 17. February, the line was extended to Clarksonville.

Stations[]

2020-onward[]

The line will consist of 4 stations, however the plans allow for further expansion, thus increasing the number of stations in the future.

Trivia[]

  • There are 3 bombers flying above the old path of the line for a kind of air show (as undetailed scenery assets), these include:
    • Boeing B-29 Superfortress
    • Convair B-36 Peacemaker
    • Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit
  • Whole route is ballasted with light gray gravel, and powered rails are only located in slope zones, the rest of the line consists of detector-rail-powered rails.
  • ParrotAntics proposed an extension of the line to make it's terminus on one of the FWEL stations: Clarksonville or Ottoburg. This proposal is was never endorsed by Ugultu, and it became invalidated when he decided to shut RFA down and removed the tracks heading toward Islote.
    • In order to keep the line in operational state, Ugultu proposed elongating the line to Los Vipleros (terminating it at Cordis station), but moving the eastern terminus to Constance. This proposal was disapproved by Parrot who noticed it would be a concurrent section to Lucek Memorial Line, as Constance had a link with Tarrantia via this railway, having only one in-between stopping point that was Heathfield. Furthermore, no consensus was made what to do with the railway, as it's remnants were scarring the sight of Sector 6 up to February 2020.
      • In said month and year Parrot revised the plans and managed to construct the Constance-Tarrantia section in one day, however his plan includes terminating the line on an interchange with the future RRC line heading to Hasbro, with allowance of travel in that direction.
  • After dissolution of Sanostonburg, some operators changed the inscription on a bridge over the viaduct from Stb, to Std, which is a common gag used by them.
